Next year, BICS will celebrate its 25th year of teaching and ministry. Alumni, friends of the Institute and former faculty and staff are all invited to join us in Lenox to give thanks to God for His faithfulness over the years.
In January the Class of 2012 took to the ice at the Pittsfield Boys & Girls Club for an opportunity to spend time together as a class. At BICS, sharing life in community is a catalyst for personal growth and helps to build enduring friendships.
Dr. Stephen Kemp, Academic Dean of the Antioch School of Leadership Development and Church Planting in Ames, IA, recently informed the Institute that Antioch School (AS) will grant transfer credit for BICS courses.
On October 15th Kasey Benner, enrolled at BICS this year, was named Athlete of the Year at a banquet sponsored by the Midcoast Hall of Fame in her home state of Maine. Congratulations Kasey! We're so proud of you and so glad you're on our team!

On October 18th the BICS Ministry Team began its fall tour with a trip to Vernon Home in Vernon, Vermont. The Ministry Team led the residents of Vernon Hall in worship and then enjoyed a great meal with the folks in the dining room (BICS students are always hungry!) The hospitality was warm and much appreciated.
On Wednesday, August 24, all 18 students of the BICS Class of 2012 arrived in Lenox for what promises to be an exciting year of discipleship. The students have come from as far west as Seattle, WA, as far south as Augusta, GA, and as far north as Presque Isle, ME! In June 2011 over 25 BICS alumni were on staff at Sports and Music Camp in Alton Bay, NH. ........
