Personal and Social Principles Future Development |
Future Development1. To Become Campus-basedWith the expansion of the BICS program to a second year, the need to find a permanent home for the Institute is greater than ever. Our longer range vision includes the acquisition of a permanent campus for BICS operations. 2. To Relocate Administrative Offices and ClassroomsAs an interim step, we plan to renovate and move our operations to the former parsonage of Hope Church. The estimated cost of the renovation and of the first year of operation (utilities and rent) in the new building is $25,000. 3. To Purchase Another Housing UnitThe Institute is seeking to purchase housing to complement the two-family house already owned by the Institute on Gordon Street in Pittsfield. The savings and utility of such properties will enable BICS to meet the needs of our students and staff more easily. These dormitories are a stepping stone to the fulfillment of the larger dream to become campus-based. If you would like more information regarding our mission, our development
plans, or ways to contribute to our current funding cycle, please contact
